Be responsible of China Food Service business and achieve strategic plan objectives that incl. RNS, DM, DM%, MM, MM%. The role requires the ability to leverage solid marketing experience across all Food Service Channels (Cinema, Restaurants, Hotel, etc.) and drive sustainable growth in the future
About the Role:
- Food Service marketing plan - Leverage aligned integrated marketing idea to develop food service marketing master toolkit for cross-channel execution
- Owns brand experience (brand strategy deployment and governance) across all touch points of food service customers’/ visitors’ decision journey
- Lead and manage Food Service WeChat Official Account - Ensure brand, communication and digital activities to support HD business with a consistent omnichannel approach Food Service strategy deployment and drive excellent execution
- Business management: lead and execute channel product portfolio/ pricing strategy, food service one-stop solution (creation, utensils, end-consumer promotion/ POSM ideas, etc.), freezer distribution plan, NPD launch etc.
- Business development: lead food services business development plan and initiate new food solutions channel/ usage occasions Understand and monitor the internal/ external business environment in category, customer, consumer and competitors via active participation on the below -Brand tracking - Sales demand meeting - Sales marketing meeting - Sales customer meeting (if any) Innovation pipeline - Co-work with cross-functional team on innovation pipeline alignment Business plan development - Support annual food service plan development - A&CP Budget proposal and management.
About the people:
- At least 8 years marketing experience in multinational company of food service industry
- Rich experience in brand and product management
- Omni-Channel (esp. E-commerce and food service) working experience will be plus
- Demonstrated leadership ability in dynamic, fast growing business category Strong communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English orally and written
- Adept business knowledge, organizational abilities
- Preferred experience in food service industry
