Brand Manager is responsible for product strategies design and execution to ensure the optimization the market presence of his or her responsible products.
- Drive Brand Strategies:
- Leads development of 1 Year Brand Plans in line with Business OGSM
- Manages delivery of Brand performance in line with P&L metrics & targets
- Ensures alignment of key insights with Brand strategies

- Drives alignment and enthusiasm among key internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, R&D, Commercial, Supply, & Sales organization)
- Manages external agencies in line with stretching Business and Brand deliverables (promotion, packaging, design, communication)
- Effectively motivates and manages project teams to deliver key projects on time
- Deliver effective measurement and evaluation:
- Consistently reviews the performance of all activities, capturing actionable learnings for the future
- Utilizes a range of methodologies to track business and brand health performance
- Effective management of A&CP budget for Brands
