This role is responsible for strategy design, execution, and operation for Tmall Flagship Store
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for strategy design, execution, and operation for Tmall Flagship Store
- Closely work with platform on consumer engagement and co-creation
- TP management
- Fully deliver assigned monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales target per the responsible channel/ store
- Drive sales efficiency through well-designed product exposures, delivering clear selling point messages to targeted consumers
- Track on performance and optimize the portfolio based on sales priorities and segmentation
- Coordinate in setting up and updating annual/ quarterly/ monthly demand planning of key products
- Stock supply tracking and coordinating
- Ensure the effective spending in paid traffics, deliver good control on contribution margin target
Key Requirements:
- 3 years of working experience of inhouse EC role
- Experience to manage 2-3 TP in building Tmall store brand image, delivering sales and attracting visitors
- Very strong influential power, easy going, people person to build strong relation with xiao er
- Positive and self-motivated with can-do attitude
- Demonstrate strong learning agility
- Embraces and Initiates Changes
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
