This role is to developing brand's presence and performance on retailer.com and marketplaces (e.g. TMALL, JD in China).
Key Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact / expert for key account managers and beyond
- Developing brand's presence and performance on retailer.com and marketplaces (e.g. TMALL, JD in China)
- Roll-out of retailer.com initiatives, including end-to-end implementation and follow-up
- Facilitation of joint business plans with key account managers and beyond
- Focal Point and Distribution owner for content and product data incl. localization of globally available assets
- Monitoring and evaluation of retailers’ performance and derivation of recommendations
- Creation of best-practice examples
- Moderation of digital marketing and e-commerce workshop, and on-site retailer visits
Key Requirements:
- Commercial education on Bachelor or Master level
- Profound understanding of the digital landscape in the APAC region (WeChat, TMALL, Rakuten and others)
- Several years of experience with Key Account Management within international online consumer sales
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
