This is Trade Marketing role in Cosmetics Industry. This role will lead yearly plan of duty-free channel as key integration window of CDFG for overall resources consolidation via liaising brand and CDF side and be responsible for activation plans of CDF to achieve sales goals via efficient field management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead yearly plan of duty-free channel via integrating inside & outside resources
- Based on brand strategy and yearly direction to work out monthly activation plan on duty-free channel
- Closely track sales delivery and market feedback from CDF side to regularly optimize activation approaches
- Digest channel trend and competitors to closely propose efficient actions and product offers to support sales delivery
- Work out efficient online & offline deployment plan and special offerings under different seasonal/campaign windows to maximize sales delivery
- Follow up on product sales trend from actual share mix to ensure healthy portfolio under China brand strategy
- Liaise with across functions, including CDFG, brand team and HQ to ensure all communication flow smooth and maximize investment ROI
- Closely liaise with CDF to gain best exposure of brand and leverage best seasonal resources in store and out store
- Negotiate available online/offline resources/opportunities during promotional seasons
- Cooperate with internal brand teams to capture and allocate proper resources and exposure for duty-free channel
- Closely work with marketing functions to ensure duty-free be consistent with overall brand campaign messages while specialize duty-free angle
- Precisely monitor investment budget phasing of duty-free vs sales phasing on right track, with proper budget control
- Develop a strong relational network with all relevant business partners and organizations relative to duty-free to search any sale opportunities
- Monitor store sales needs and healthy inventory management
- Set monthly sales goals, analyze current sales trends with insightful reporting
- Provide clear and informative business review with internal & external functions
- Provide consumer feedback from field to share insightful proposal to brand for upcoming strategy
- Healthily mange counter inventory and propose necessary steps to optimize stock levels
- Coordinate with CDF and HQ for smooth sell-in and sustain healthy inventory allocation
- Oversee all facts of the store operations including incentive, commission, billing, daily reconciliation reports, bank statements, and sales reports for corporate office
- Field and BA execution management
- Strong ability in tax-free sales management upon field team to reach aligned counter sales target
- Lead monthly incentive plans to motivate sales and themed product on target
- Cooperate with training, sales BA to ensure offline activation well conducted
Key Requirements:
- College degree or above
- Minimum 4year sales management experience of cosmetics, duty-free experience is highly preferred
- Strong logical thinking way with clear data-sense
- Excellent communication skills, earnest and practical execution ability
- Have good cross-department teamwork ability and sales result-oriented team management ability
- Passionate and responsible, hardworking, innovative and challenging
