As brand manager, leads a global brand in one of the most important channels to continuously build brand awareness and penetration
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as coordinator and project leader to bridge global resource and local needs to bring new product launch in China to leading category growth with new offering from overseas market and domestic China
- Lead brand communication with yearly strategy, activation planning and assets creation and development. Mainly focus on digital platform consumer & trade customer brand building as well as offline product launch period engagement activation
- Manage mature product yearly brand planning & assets development (KV, video) implementation of digital campaign and O2O campaign (exhibition, PR event, etc. ), maintains of brand own platform - vertical APPs and private domain, social media platforms content development and media , KOL content seeding , EC platform brand content supporting, etc.
- Support line manger to explore local manufactory new opportunity to amplify the brand and our local technical strength
- Support trade marketing to serve key customer with brand associate content to enhance brand awareness and recognition, in terms of co-branding activation ideation and media implementation
- Monitor & evaluate the performance with KPI to track and optimize the efficiency
- As project leader to leading channel new product development by coordinate with local manufactory and global R&D and project team start from concept development to assets creation and product launch
- Own a brand in retail channel, closely work with global R&D intelligence and global brand team to redefine the market with new product offerings – targeting in 2 years development time, leading new product development and roll out into China market associate with China insight
- Support project team to setting clear business objectives and business case, show the sizeable opportunities
- Following global NPD development guideline while putting local market request into consideration to transit the idea to real product (including concept, prototype evaluation, packaging design), to speed up the process and ensure on- time delivery
- Lead the launch plan via full sets of marketing toolkits - KV, campaign support, PR event, to fully boosts the successful launch
Key Requirements:
- at least 6 years of experience in MNC in FMCG, food & beverage, bakery & Pastry, food Service, or brand /marketing management consulting
- Experience with full marketing mix, developing marketing plans and 360 campaign
- Experience on launching new brands / products or big digital campaigns with proven track record achievement, both in public domain and private domain
- Successful growing a product line or in the project team with significant contribute on critical part
- Passion for consumer needs and business dynamics
- E-commerce experience a plus
- Working experience in startup type of environment is preferred
- Fluent oral and written English
