IP - Product Marketing Head

This role is to lead a team with creative and design and product marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to conduct the strategy and implementation for China Specific range to fit for the market, includes develop the specific requirement from different channels, such as B&M, Online and rapid delivery
• Insights on dynamic China consumer markets for general toys and young adult toys, able to catch up trends and networks in China with leading factories and resources
• Manage the ROI of product develop investment and return on sales, includes moulds, packaging, and material costs
• Lead a designer team to create products, includes industrial design(outlooks)&packaging design, to improve product grading
• Manage the supply chain, to create lean and quick response factory sources
• Maintain good relationship with toy supply chain& Ensure compliance to all Product Safety Requirements
• Control and approve the production cost and continue optimzing

Key Requirements:

• 6 years working experience on R&D or category management
• Love toys, have passion to create new things
• Love to face the challenges and creative on solution
• New brand working experience is preferrable
• Well experienced of China Retail envoirment, especially on new brand development
• Numberic driven mind-set
• Able to compliance with all business partners, legal and ethics standards
• Experienced implement IP on products
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to work under pressure and dynmaics environment
