Asia Manufacturing Head

A leader in cutting-edge technology, which is poised to take strong leadership in a fragmented market needs an Asia Manufacturing Head to lead a stable and knowledgeable team in the new phase of the company’s development in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to lead 2 factories to achieve all Manufacturing KPIs, one in China, another in South Korea
• Prepare annual Budgets for both sites, including OH, headcount, CAPEX
• Deploy Global Supply Chain projects and initiatives in both manufacturing sites
• Develop personnel, succession plans and create a culture of high performance and merit recognition to high achievers. Keep morale of employees up with high communication and low level of conflicts

Key Requirements:

• Must speak fluent English and Chinese
• Demonstrated leadership skills to drive, empower and motivate employees
• Very good interpersonal & communication skills
• Understands working culture of north China
• Strong experience in Manufacturing in Chemical Industry
• Successful path of working with big teams of +50 subordinates
• Result orientation
