An international EMS manufacturer is hiring an Operation Manager to lead the plant management in Suzhou.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead manufacturing operation team to meeting Quality, Cost and Delivery targets as well as other key focus set by managements
- Use KPI to develop performance measurements to meet production and delivery requirements
- Manage subordinates, motivate and lead the team to achieve challenging targets
- Ensure the business of relevant departments comply with laws, regulations and customer requirements
- Annual budget assessment and internal ISO document audit
- Recruit, train and manage employees, organize and build an excellent team
- Carry out supervision of the company on Code of Conduct, and other professional standards to strengthen enterprise dynamic management
- Any other Ad Hoc activities set by management
Key Requirements:
- 10 years and above working experience, at least 5 years electronic manufacturing management experience, Power Supply products are advantage
- Fluent in English
- Have New Product Introduction management experience, lead the team to transfer new product from NPI to production line
- Understand the cost calculation of production operation
- Bachelor degree or above in electronics or production management
- Able to work under pressure
- Work actively and carefully
- Good communication skills with internal and external customers
About the Client:
This is an international company in EE industry, providing key electronic component mostly for clients in medical device industry.
