Key responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate the technical and management aspects of R&D projects;
• Lead the virtual and cross-functional project team to ensure project deliverables achieved in high quality and good time manner.
• Drive and coordinate with key stakeholders of various functions in project scope, and report in project steering meetings.
• Project budget monitoring and trend tracking.
• Participate technology know-how build-up and R&D team competence construction.
• Assist R&D team’s daily operation management.

Key requirements:

• Masters in concurrent engineering mode on R&D projects.
• Knowledge about mechanical-electrical equipments with certain complexity.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and international networking and communication capabilities.
• Fluent Pro/E and Auto CAD user, and also familiar with other usual office software.
