This is a multi-national company currently hiring a top talent who has R&D engineering background in a Mid-Senior and above management position.

Key Responsibilities:

-Direct and coordinate the product design activities and functions to ensure effective operations and the achievement of targets.

-Hands-on R&D in mechanical design for new product development.

-Must instill discipline following the company processes.

-Define & recommend objectives in each area of Engineering Design.

-Guide Value engineering initiates within the assigned product category to ensure continuous improvement in products.

-Identify and evaluate cost reduction opportunities.

-Lead teams in resolving problems and difficulties; establish and maintain effective internal relationships and work with other areas of company regarding related business/policies/processes;

-Proper communication with partner engineer and product management teams.

Key Requirements:

-Min 15 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

-Min 5 years of senior R&D management experience.

-Min BS degree in Mechanical Engineering

-Strong leadership skill

-Innovation, Teamwork, Communication, Cooperation, Experience in high volume consumer product manufacturing
