A leader in cutting-edge technology, which is poised to take strong leadership in the market needs a FEA(CAE) Team Leader to lead a stable and knowledgeable team in the new phase of the company’s development in China.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use virtual methods to support product development, such as structural NVH evaluation, durability performance evaluation and structural optimization
- Responsible for team management, including resource allocation, people development and annual department goal and objective setting to ensure the FEA team can provided strong simulation support to program and conformance to customer’s requirements in milestone
- Calculation request management; distribution of task to employees and external resources
- Review FEA report and evaluate the results of calculation
- Provide recommendation for structure optimization with team
- Technical communication with customers and support the technical assessment
- Method development and method improvement
Key Requirements:
- Master or above degree in mechanics, automotive or mechanical
- More than 8 years related working experience on automotive simulation field; working experience in management is a plus
- Strong knowledge in structure FEA including linear and nonlinear
- Be familiar with metal fatigue, mechanical vibration and NVH
- Experience of FEA software, such as HyperMesh/ HyperWork, MSC/NASTRAN, Abaqus
- Good communication skill and presentation skill
- Good written and spoken English
