Textile Process Project Leader - Sustainable

Based on data analysis, you are responsible to optimize the component production process, esp. in the dyeing process, thus, to provide an evaluable co2/water/chemical reduction per kg of each fabric.

Key Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for collecting and analyzing supplier energy data
• Based on data analysis, you are responsible to optimize the component production process, esp. in the dyeing process, thus, to provide an evaluable co2/water/chemical reduction per kg of each fabric. In the meantime, you must guarantee the process is compliant with company
• You are also playing an important role in innovation and Game Changer for process transformation
• You need to cooperate with Sustainable Textile Process Colleagues to drive the project and follow the trajectory and result
• You are the leader to transform the process in major five pilot suppliers, with key output from CO2/Water/Capacity
• You need to coordinate global STP projects with clear visibility and consistency

Key Requirements:

• You have 5 years or above experience in the textile industry and professional technology in the Dyeing and Knitting process
• You are familiar with the textile component process
• You can challenge suppliers' mindset to bring suppliers autonomy on the Dyeing and knitting know-how
• Rich project management experience in textile related projects
• Full of Passionate and vitality
• Good Customer Sense, love to connect with people & resource
• Ability to work within Networking and drive that with leadership
