Our client is recruiting a Senior Quality Manager in Shenzhen, China. This role will report to Group Head of Quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end Quality ownership across the category to deliver consumer satisfaction
- Promote functional excellence, develop leadership skills, and create an evolving consumer focused integrated category quality team
- Ensure engagement with team member to drive harmonization of approach on Quality and consistency
Key Requirements:
- More than 20 year's experience in Quality/ Operation related function
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment such as Consumer Electronics/ Manufacturing
- Prefer multiple functions/projects background
- Good communication skill and fluent English
