Quality Director

Our client is a U.S owned company, they are looking for a Quality Director. Their product type is personal care, and they tend to seek out people who are related to their company's product background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the development and execution of best practice quality system
• Maintain and continuously improve the quality system and quality improvement programs
• Monitor and maintain the complete QA handbook and specification of all Personal Care products
• Develop factories and carry out audit on manufacturing process for keeping GMP
• Analysis quality assurance data and market feedback for making recommendation on product improvement
• Communicate with customer services and marketing to analyze all field returns and complaints
• Work with peers and factories to identify communication and resolve potential quality issues or problem proactively
• Work with frontline team to have effective inspection process and assess the feedback from customer for driving continuous improvement
• Control shipment release according to product specification
• Professional standards and customer requirements and provide final test for Q.C. shipment release

Key Requirements:

• Engineering related education background
• Good knowledge in manufacturing processes, quality control and process improvement
• Well understand UL and IEC standards
• Fluent English
