An exciting Customer Service Supervisor job has just become available at one of the most respected global firm based in Suzhou. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, this is a role for leading the Customer Service team.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the Customer Service team and be in charge of planning in the organisation and you also need to support the Supply Chain Manager.
- acting as a master planner in Suzhou factory, develop and continuously optimise the planning process to roll out the master schedule
- roll out the customer service rules to improve customer satisfaction level
- define and track the kpi of the cs&pp team
- provide the accurate, entire and timely information of customer needs/orders with its production plan for s&op meeting
- closely collaborate with material team to continuously improve the on time delivery to customer
- lead and motivate team member to achieve high performance
To succeed in the Customer Service Supervisor role, you need to have good communication skills, have good ability to solve problems and cam cooperative with other function well.
- bachelor degree in material management, logistic management, business administration
- 5-6 years related experience in multinational company, prefer to have 2 years leadership
- ability to communicate in English both spoken and in written fluently
- excellent interpersonal, communication and team work
