Key responsibility:
• Through company way of doing business, be responsible to secure right pre-conditions and lead to achieve professional long term business development and excellent results for the category. Accountable for professional and long term relationship with suppliers through company way of doing business, based on a shared business model, trust and transparency
• At any time, act as an ambassador of company values and a Role Model for Fact-based Business Leadership
• Responsible for the Leadership and Competence agenda for the business team; recruitment, development, performance management, retention and succession plans for co-workers directly in your team to meet short and long term business needs
• Establishing and managing cost budget for the team. Continuously use resources in an optimal way to secure business goals ensuring organisational efficiency
