Looking for Sourcing Director, Hardline for a big company. Expats are welcomed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end to end lowest cost sourcing
- Lead joint sourcing program
- Lead supplier strategy
- Lead the team to manage vendor base and their performance
- Ensure supplier scorecard is managed
- Maintain agreed liabilities process
- Ensure teams negotiate competitively, work ethically to deliver results
- Ensure teams comply with Critical Path ways of working (one team/ one way of working)
- Lead Sourcing continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead, coach and develop team to create a high performing culture with clear measures
- Lead the values and culture within the team and across the organisation
Key Requirements:
- At least 15 years’ work experience in sourcing/ retail with at least 3 years in leading teams
- Substantial experience of working in an sourcing office or trading company
- Detailed knowledge of products, vendors and costs
- Clear understanding of financial measurements and how they impact
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Travel is required
- University degree
- With high integrity and sense of rightness
