Sourcing Analyst

Looking for one Sourcing Analyst role for a USA sourcing office

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides general support to the Senior Sourcing Managers in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and savings initiatives designed to reduce cost, meet time requirements and improve processes
• Performs research necessary to identify and qualify potential suppliers in the course of sourcing projects
• Develops and formats RFQ (Requests for Quotes) necessary for supplier bidding and ensures that suppliers complete and return them on a timely basis. Performs data analysis to interpret sourcing results
• Performs data analysis to interpret results of supplier bidding events
• Maintains positive relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers
• Coordinates and assists in the facilitation of meetings with suppliers at the company offices and on-site factory visit

Key Requirements:

• College degree, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• 3 - 4 year’s experiences in sourcing or logistics environment strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills required
• Ability to function well as part of a team
• Positive attitude and independently motivated
• Excellent organizational and time management skills required
• Computer literacy and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software is required
• Strong analytical skills required
• Experience with strategic sourcing processes and international procurement strongly preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Strong interpersonal skills required
