Develop Category Sourcing Strategy as a guideline of cross functions to work out their strategy and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to optimize cost and increase perceived value to improve gross margin
- Optimize sourcing process to standardize and improve ways of working internally & externally
- To perfect Supplier Relationship Management in company level per definition of Sourcing Strategy
- Dig out internal business needs and leverage suppliers’ innovation capability per sourcing strategy
- Close to supply market and bring supply market & industry intelligence to support business growth
- Continually develop supplier base in other countries and draft Category Sourcing Strategy accordingly for implementation
Key Requirements:
- English level: excellent
- 7+ years of strategic sourcing or commodity management experience in FMCG, Cosmetics industrials in MNC
- With experience to develop or manage oversea supplier base is a plus
- With technical knowledge of packaging material & OEM/ODM is a plus
