Logistics and OEM Manager

Responsible for Co-man production and operation management of OEM, responsible for the capacity and quality of production products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with OEM to organize the analysis and treatment of product quality problems; Organize the establishment, promotion and implementation of the company's process improvement and technical transformation projects
• Support OEM assessment and production process set up to on time go live commercial production
• Work with suppliers on raw materials and dry goods quality evaluation, conduct compatibility testing before commercial production. Keep eyes opened for developing alternative suppliers that bring better QCD benefits to the company. Conduct periodical audit to maintain and/or improve the suppliers’ quality
• Ensure on-time completion and delivery from order of raw material + supplies, OEM contracts, pre-processing, production to post production
• Formulate and develop high quality logistics network and system to be suitable for the company's future development and meet the commercial RTM needs
• Optimize existing logistics operations to make more efficient and agility. Improve the operating cost of logistics operation and the quality of service
• Improve the evaluation and KPI management of 3rd party service provider, assist line manager to complete the year-end 3rd party service review

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Supply chain operation & manufacturing process or Food Science & Technology
• At least 8-10 years co-manufacturing experience and Supply China management experience in Food and Beverage industry
• Fluent in written and oral English and Chinese
