Senior Global Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a strategic talent, passionate for sports, to lead the Fujian shoes manufacturing partner project and team, be responsible for driving the purchasing business strategies in the short term and long term, responsive to changing context; hold accountability for the financial results for the 80M euros business; provide strong leadership to a combined team of over 13 team members, including functional leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall operations of the Fujian shoes manufacturing partner project and team, including team building, supplier panel management, internal & external partnerships building and maintaining, supply chain optimization, quality improvement, opportunities exploring for continuous cost reduction, sustainable development management, compliance management, risk management

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering, business, or supply chain management as plus
• 10+ years of related professional experience in global sourcing, supply chain management and procurement, covering large purchases, spending of which 5+ years assuming a manager of manager’s position
• Proven leadership in leading and developing a successful team, ability to motivate a team including direct reports, peers, and external counterparts, passionate about development of talents, continuously improved to build core capabilities
• Knowledge and experience in the following commodities such as shoes manufacturing and purchasing
• Having a successful track record to reduce purchasing cost and managing global strategic procurement function with a medium-sized team
• Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute in a high-paced and diverse, global business environment
