Work out rolling 12-month forecast, and monitor the inventory coverage days to alert the risk in advance
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and work with sales team to verify sales plan by channels; Transfer Sell in forecast to STO forecast according to different sales modules (LSP or TP) and inventories
- Adjust Demand comparing actual MTD data by week
- Lead monthly Demand Validation Meeting, adjust & confirm SKU FCST by month by channels. managing preparation rate, runout rate and key demand planning activities
- Stock allocation among different channels and platforms to have balance of supply and demand
- SMI inventory clearance plan and follow up to ensure a healthy stock level and turnover days
Key Requirements:
- Above 5 years of experience in demand planning in FMCG company
- Solid data analysis skills
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Be able to work under pressure
- Quick adaptability and learning ability with good English skill
