Establish rolling months fcst based upon historic sales analysis, align forecast with offline sales/EC sales through monthly review
Key Responsibilities:
- Continue improve demand fcst process for more efficient to solve slow-moving product and follow up to achieve business objectives and sales target
- Lead slow moving stock & aging stock solution & consumption plan, work with DSP and brand internal to minimize the business wastage
- Product mix, pricing and promotion pricing strategy and control, design online promotion guidelines
- Through data analysis, summarize the highlights and shortcomings of the activities, and assist the brand to achieve the annual sales target
- Set/optimize brand internal operation SOP&Audit and monitor the executions
Key Requirements:
- Above 8 years of experience in demand planning in FMCG company
- Solid data analysis skills
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
