The Regional Account Manager is responsible for growing sales by developing and executing strategic plans, leveraging relationships and delivering best-in-class service to a portfolio of assigned accounts.
- promote and sell footwear to customers through consultative meetings, product and program presentations, phone and digital campaigns, trade-show and event participation in China
- optimize the relationship with current distributors and existing customers through sales force excellence principles.
- open and penetrate a targeted number of significant new accounts in China, including those that are existing customers in the US and Europe.
- develop and maintain relationships with customer key decision management in Human Resources, Safety, Risk, Finance, Operations and Purchasing
- cultivates and sustains long-term relationships with key employees of assigned customers at all appropriate levels
- drive ownership, knowledge and skills in the planning, development and growth of future key Accounts to maintain, develop and expand product portfolio range within these accounts.
- deliver a customer benefit driven sales strategy based on product features, program benefits and corporate services showcasing company’s ability to deliver on customer expectations (distributor and customers)
- 5+ years of proven and successful B2B sales management with large account experience
- demonstrated successful sales performance in building and maintaining relationships to generate sales through face to face and non-face to face meetings
- proven success in negotiation, presentation, problem solving and closing skills
- demonstrated ability to successfully execute related tactical objectives
- professional written communication skills in both Chinese and English
- command of interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others
- strong organizational and planning skills
