A rarely seen Key Account Manager position has been opened in Shanghai fashion industry. The Key Account Manager will accountable for southern region of China and report to China GM directly.
- Manage sales to network of SIS & ODS dealers to achieve sales & distribution results. Recruit new dealers according to company growth plans
- Manage sell-in & distribution footprint according to KPI targets & tracking
- Manage SIS & ODS dealers order booking to ensure optimum product offering & supply in their channel
- Work with SIS dealers and own retail for Department Store/ Shopping Mall development, negotiation, secure best possible location, & high quality execution & operation of SIS
- Manage SIS & ODS dealers sales & stock planning. Closely monitor & follow up to maintain healthy sales & stock levels
- Ensure sell thru data properly reported by all SIS dealers, work with Sales Development for analysis, and follow up actions to improve sales performance & resolve issues Work with Retail team to ensure SIS dealers maintain VMI
- Familiar with department store/shopping mall operations and business practices (rule of the game).
- Proficient in English, tactical & strategic selling skills, negotiation skills, integrity and professionalism, accountability for results are all important for this position
