The role will be about KA management in Shenzhen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key account management to hit business goal including revenue and design win target
- Possess Account ownership both internally and externally
- Good at communication and able to build close relationship with customer to maintain long term business
- Distributor Management is preferred on defining business strategy, Design-in tracking and FCST review Independent ability to figure out and solve the issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction & respond to customer in a timely manner
- Proactive internal communication with the supporting teams, and wisely set up efficient and effective actions to hit the business goal
- A certain business sense on market trend and competition status
- “Lean to learn” ability on new knowledge and follow up cooperate rules
Key Requirements:
- BSEE or MSEE with focus on RF/Microwave Engineering
- 5+ Year semiconductor sales or marketing experience required. Engineer background is preferred
- Highly motivated, reliable, self- driving and self-discipline individual who would maintain regular contact with customers and partners
- Fluent oral and written in English and Chinese
- Good at Microsoft Office Tools, SFDC experience is a Plus
- Team player, dedicated, strong communications and interpersonal skills
