A EuroAmerican Auto T2 company is look for its Sales Manager China. The Automotive sector the compnay in is very competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff
  • develop and maintain key customer relationships and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
  • gather feedback from potential and current customers to guide future development
  • provide regular market feedback to senior management and other managers
  • set vision and communicate strategy for the sales team, develop specific segment plans expand market penetration of product range
  • develop and implement annual budget and regular forecast for all accounts, establish targets (such as product mix, sales volume, market share and business development)
  • provide constant inputs to R&D team in Europe in order to develop new market segments and bring new generation of innovative products into the market
  • visiting customers and developing new project & potential customers
  • to deal with direct enquiries and recommend suitable products to customers and prepare the quotation
  • prepares accurate and thorough sales activity reports
  • effectively communicate with the management team in China and HQ to promote the business needs of your customers

Key Requirements:

  • with good English skills, such as listening, reading, speaking and reading, etc.
  • more than five years’ experience in automotive account management, planning and strategy; and technical understanding
  • excellent organization, management ability
  • results-oriented with a sense of urgency and passion. strong written and oral communication skills
  • excellent presentation skills, also to larger groups and senior management
  • willing to travel
  • with working passion and take responsibility
  • with good communication and leadership skills
  • with team-work sprit
