This is sales role in cosmetics industry.
General Summary:
- This is a unique opportunity to join us, a fast paced, luxury Skincare Company that has been enjoying unprecedented growth in both US and international markets including China. The primary focus of this role is to provide the best service and promote the sales target achievement in all high potential account stores including Sephora/Bank VIP/Premium Hotels & shops/DFS by building a strong system, high quality planning and execution, KA customers JBP sell in(Sephora offline roll out, other KA go for expansion ), and also responsible for improving brand awareness and the quality of the customer experience at this HI-PO stores and online accounts, as it relates to the behaviors, skills, and knowledge of all persons representing
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides operational leadership for excellence in Hi-Po account, including clear strategic plan for each key account, leading industry growth
- Build strong relationship with Hi-Po customers (Sephora&Yanli),keeping great execution in annual JBP and daily cooperation
- Promoting the sales target achievement of each account, Omni channel expansion, maximize the internal and external resources , business data analysis, communication skills with consumers and customer, industry related skills, etc.
- Develop long term plans for each KA, recruit and build up organization as the business grows
Key Requirements:
- Prioritize by: (1) fully proficient; (2) some knowledge with ability to develop competency
- Highly motivated, initiative, mature and priorities to work
- Excellent Communication, Influence and Organization Capability
- Proven ability to build strong collaborative relationships up/down/peers
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Stronger understanding of branding and the customer experience
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, namely in KA at least 1 year in beauty category
- Ability to travel 30% of the time
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good looking
