An exciting sales job has just become available at one of the most respected international company base in Shanghai. This role reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

In this business critical role you will help the business achieve the objectives and aspirations of the china business plan, research the medical , to identify new high potential targets and other development opportunities, develop on-going sales with these targets.

  • drive sales through direct and indirect sales teams by winning mind-share through training and sales activity support
  • develop winning sales strategies and tactics by market, by customer and by opportunity
  • execute company overall sales, marketing and support strategies to overachieve revenue and product goals
  • establish and maintain strategic and tactical relationships at all levels of the sales organisation and partner / dealer organisations
  • provide product expertise, demonstration and workflow solution support to the company field SDM’s that work with our end customers, partners and dealers
  • liaison with product managers, product marketing managers and sales directors to leverage company resources and capabilities towards revenue achievement
  • effectively and punctually work with other company employees on product and marketing campaign launches including but not limited to: organising and participating in sales events such as kickoffs, trainings, trade shows, open houses, and technology fairs
  • understand and articulate competitive products and positioning when working with sales and customers on new opportunities
  • organise the trainings (marketing, sales, technical) of the sales teams regarding features and capabilities to maximise pipeline conversion
  • provide regular feedback to corporate marketing, engineering and manufacturing regarding company products SWOT
  • maintain a thorough knowledge of the product, industry and competitive posture of the company as recognised through competency certification in the following:
  • any “specifically” assigned company products (champion) at level 3 (expert level)
  • any additional company products sold with integration to previously said “specific” product at level 2 (proficient level)
  • any additional company products sold as part of the overall company value added eco-system at level 1 (working knowledge and value proposition)
  • teach partner, dealer and other company personnel to allow for 1st level demos to prospective customers
  • maintain an active pipeline with timely and most up to date information for reporting and forecasting
  • further develop company’s market presence in a creative and entrepreneurial style by positioning company as a leader in the marketplace


Key Requirements:

To successful Sales position you will need to have the ability to lead effectively, and possess a keen understanding of Market.

  • at least more than five years’ working with / on corrugators in sales or technical capacity
  • must be able to lead the entire sales process from start to finish including perform all demonstrations, objection handling and close
  • expert knowledge and use of production software solution
  • knowledge and understanding of the corrugated market trends
  • good understanding of technology, able to install and to conduct technical presentations
  • skills in indirect sales
  • excellent presentation skills with professional image and demeanour
  • ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • autonomous, pro-active personality with excellent communication skills
  • sufficient English in working environment
  • flexible / self-motivated
