About the position: This position is responsible for revenue growth through new business development activities including prospecting and cultivating and maintaining favorable customer contacts with assigned and prospective local, regional and global accounts. Responsible for increasing account penetration, customer satisfaction and business acquisition of sales growth for long term results, meeting sales quota and increasing market share.
- Develop and execute full life-cycle account and territory plans focused on increasing market share and achieving revenue targets through prospecting and business acquisition.
- Stimulate revenue growth in accounts headquartered locally, regionally and globally
- Further develop existing customers by driving deep and broad and introducing our Talent Development Offerings
- Act as the primary interface among the customer
- Provide sales forecasts and pipeline fortnightly to Managing Director based on activity and quarterly account reviews
- Self-starter with experience and desire to “hunt” new business
- Excellent English speaking
- Must from B2B training industry
- At least 5 years B2B service/solution sales experience
