This is sales managment role mainly in charge of business growth in China including identifying new clients logo and also new business opportunities from exisitng clients.
- Lead the commercial team to drive the organic growth in China through new client acquisition, organic growth, acquisition synergy, and leveraging channel partners and platforms
- Work with regional and China Leadership team to help build the annual strategic plan
- Work closely with the APAC regional sales leadership to drive M&A targets
- Partner with the leadership to leverage resources to strengthen the marketing capabilities, brand awareness, and product offerings of the company
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline to facilitate growth and keep momentum
- Reorganize and restructure the team where necessary to maximize its efficiency and effectiveness
- Excellent English speaking with native Chinese speaking
- 10 Years' marketing services solution sales experience including CRM, data analystics, digital transformation consulting or loyalty solution and at least 5 years team managment experience
- Proven track record of delivering a sizable annual revenue and achieving significant growth for companies
- Strong business acumen and deep market knowledge of China and APAC, good understanding of data and analytics industry as well as digital marketing ecosystem in China
