This role is responsible for delivering the commercial ambitions of eCommerce channel, including both top line and bottom line. There will be 3 pillars under this role, namely eCommerce B2C sales (both marketplace traditional eCommerce platforms and private domain WeChat Mini Program), live streaming business and B2B business. The goal of this role is to contribute to our eCommerce revenue and margin ambitions.
- Responsible for entire eCommerce sales business planning, sales forecast and routine operation
- Explore and set up TRU-suitable operation model for all the 3 pillars, including but limited to self-run, 3rd-party run or hybrid model based on financial viability evaluation
- Work closely with eCommerce Merchandise Team and Buyers to map out the assortment for all the key platforms and set up demand planning process to ensure sufficient depth that can support business delivery
- Responsible for eCommerce related budget planning, spending and tracking; work closely with Digital & eCommerce GM to ensure the viability of eCommerce P&L
- Supervise all 3rd-parties’ performance and set up relevant KPI and incentive schemes
- Maintain and develop relationship with external partners, including but not limited to all major platforms, service providers like TP & DP (if any) and etc.
- Undergraduate degree and above
- Experience with eCommerce management and 5 years+ is preferred
- Experience with multi-platform eCommerce management is a must (candidates from both brand and TP are welcome)
- Toy category candidates are preferred but not a must
- Strong business planning and operation skills
- Good analytical and presentation skills are plus
- Strong (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills are plus
- Team and people management is a must
