This is sales planning role in Alcohol Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Planning:
- Work with Finance to form annual business plan and set sales target phasing
- Provide accurate demand forecast upon market situation
- Develop channel strategies and ensure the implementation in the region
- Collaborate with Finance and TMKT to design and implement regional OFF trade promotion activities, especially for CNY and MAF
- Liaise with HQ sales planning and operation team to ensure sufficient supply and timely delivery
- Wholesaler Management:
- Partner with regional leadership team to integrate and optimize RTM and trade investment model tobdrive business growth
- Identify and develop appropriate T2 wholesalers upon regional business development strategies
- Develop and implement regional wholesaler management guideline as well as wholesaler
- Closely monitor wholesaler performance, incl. volume performance, inventory control, etc.
- Responsible for wholesaler AR collection
- Market Intelligence and Data Management:
- Collect and analyze channel/ competitor information and provide recommendations for business decisions
- Prepare sales reporting data and ensure data accuracy
- Digitalization and Transformation Projects:
- Work with HQ wholesaler management team to implement digitalization and transformation project to ensure data traceability
- Team Management:
- Build a motivated and efficient wholesaler management team
- Drive high-performance culture in the team and facilitate talent development
Key Requirements:
- Job Related Experience and skill sets:
- 10+ years of commercial experience, 5+ years of wholesaler management experience, preferable in a similar organization in wine and spirit industry or FMCG category
- Solid knowledge in wholesaler system build-up and wholesaler management
- Strong expertise in RTM design and implementation
- Excellent data acumen and planning skill
- Excellent communication skill to deal with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient English and Mandarin skills both written and verbal are required
