EC Sales Manager

The primary purpose of this position is responsible for WeChat Mini program, who play a key role in operation excellence, e-marketing effectiveness and premium end-to-end consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• The primary purpose of this position is responsible for WeChat Mini program, who play a key role in operation excellence, e-marketing effectiveness and premium end-to-end consumer experience
• P&L management, sales planning, strategy building WeChat mini-program
• Monitor and analyze business key metrics including day-to-day operation (traffic/conversion/ads), and E-marketing, generating insights for decision making as well as optimization
• Work with TP to manage in-site operation, including but not limited to, site refresh based on global assets and guidelines, UX&UI, newness launch, promotions, warehousing, logistics and consumer support
• Work with external agency on E-marketing, including analytics, SEO, SEM, PPC & Affiliates
• Cooperate with internal merchandising / logistics / after-sales/CRM teams to align on business objectives and needs
• Be responsible for user experiences on all touchpoints through WeChat mini-program

Key Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of wechat mini program experience in either agency or in-house background with strong analytic skills and attention to details
• Proactive and goal-oriented, ability to drive forward with goals independently
• Knowledge of WeChat commerce ecosystem as well as omni-channel preferred
