This is a new created position due to the busienss growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in or plan marketing activities, actively explore new businesses and new customers, and establish close cooperative relations with the middle and high level of existing customers
  • Expand existing customer service or product requirements, and complete annual sales and revenue targets
  • Nurture key client relationships, identifies opportunities to broaden or deepen these relationships, anticipating and responding to future client needs
  • Take on the role of project director, coordinate the deployment of project resources and project team, grasp customer needs and project direction. Develop overall project plan, coach project members
  • Draft and discuss client reports under the guidance from project manager. Lead client interview and summarize the key points to carry out solutions. Works closely with client to understand client’s expectation and feedback for further improvement and final presentation
  • Lead and guide the team to complete organization control, human resource planning, position, performance, salary, leadership, talent development and other human resource consulting activities and delivery of results
  • Act the role of performance evaluator, manage and feedback performance issue

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree a must, master degree is preferred
  • 12+ years of relevant work experience in HR consulting, organizational or rewards preferred
  • Excellent project management skills and client skill
  • Strong large and multi- project management skill, organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an intense, fast-moving and growing work environment
  • Demonstrate significant personal initiative, tact, diplomacy and ability to quickly build effective working relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Fluent English and Mandarin skills both in written and oral
