Head of Real Estate (luxury watch)

This is an exciting opportunity to build a luxury retail business from the scratch in China.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-depth analysis of the market, competitive landscape, and business potential in major cities in China
• Identify and prioritize key markets and strategic retail locations across the different cities to enter
• Negotiate and secure key tenancies
• Assist with the implementation of operating systems and business processes
• Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are in place and in compliance with the local laws for normal business operations to proceed
• Oversee the construction and renovation of all boutiques to ensure compliance with design plans, quality, costs, and timeline

Key Requirements:

• Pre-existing rack record of starting up retail networks in China
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Project driven with excellent negotiation skills
• Familiar with local government agencies and its stakeholders
• Familiar with local corporate and labor laws
• Possess leadership capabilities with a high level of emotional quotient
• Self-starter, independent and entrepreneurial
• Strong integrity and transparency
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
