About the Role:
- Customise EC channel development and planning according to company development strategy
- New electric business platform or channel development and cooperation negotiations.
- Establish EC annual sales target and related cost budget. and responsible for sales and margin objectives.
- The annual contract negotiation with the cooperating company, win the development strategy and plan. and oversee the achievement.
- Customise the Platform website Operation Strategy, program and plan and organise the implementation
- Product planning for each platform. According to the characteristics of each platform to customs the appropriate commodity structure and product sales strategy.
- Promote the business development, enhance EC operational efficiency, ensure the realisation of operational objectives
- Coordinate with other departments of the company (product, market, Supply Chain, etc.) and EC related affairs.
- Major promotional programs and annual activities planning and design guidance.
- To guide the work of the relevant executive officers on line and offline activities.
- According to user needs and market changes, the products and services to improve the recommendations, can assist the operation and maintenance team to improve the overall presentation of the platform and the effectiveness of the platform to enhance the marketing capability
About the Person:
- College degree or above, more than 5 years operation and management experience, with food, fresh, fast consumer products and related industries preferred;
- familiar with the electric business platform of various operations and marketing tools to use;
- familiar with commodity management and online activities planning;
- has the strong data analysis ability, discovers the electricity business marketing to have the question, and proposes the solution;
- has the good communication ability, the organisation coordination ability, the strong execution strength;
- Rich channels and extensive interpersonal relationships in the industry
- Familiar with the CAT/Taobao/Ocean Terminal/Jingdong platform policies and regulations, and can be used in the daily operation of the shop;
- Must have the good work habit, meticulous, has the momentum;
- Must have the good pressure-resisting ability.
