About this position: The Account Manager for Technology Sector is responsible for generating revenue growth from sales to new clients or existing clients in China.
This individual will primarily support the sale of our syndicated retail, commercial reseller, and distributor point of sale information, as well as advanced consultative services such as forecasting, pricing analytics. Clients will use this data and insights for strategic planning, market sizing, pricing, new product development, competitive analysis, and distribution strategy.
You’re a passionate, highly motivated individual with knowledge of technology market, and market research, with an emphasis on new business acquisition. You are looking for an opportunity to have an impact on some of the most well-known Technology companies in the world. You will be introducing our full suite of products to new prospect accounts, spanning a broad range of Technology categories. You will develop these business accounts to ensure continued growth and profitability. You will be in charge of accounts and need to be abale to analyze and usa data to challenge and inspire the accounts. You also need to support Director to deal with existing accounts.
5+ years of success meeting/exceeding sales goals with an established track record of selling to large, complex accounts using a consultative selling process.
Industry experience in technology required.
Experience selling in an information-oriented business and/or Market Research.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic account planning, cold calling and lead development.
Proven ability to analyze customer needs and goals to generate thoughtful proposals that exceed customer expectations and expand revenue opportunities.
Excellent English and Chinese both in writing and oral communications.
