We have a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join the Asia Sales team as a Director of Enterprise Sales, China, based in our Shanghai office. Sales diretor will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, so that they start managing their travel through our Travel Solutions. Reporting into the Director of Sales, Asia you will have the opportunity to be a key part of our continued growth across the region. Successful candidates should have a proven track record of consultative sales and complex contract negotiations and have the ability to lead and make sure our Travel Solutions service and value proposition is communicated to a variety of audiences.
Key duties and responsibilities
+ Achieve defined monthly, quarterly and annual sales and total transaction value (TTV) targets.
+ Develop and execute a sales plan to target key prospective accounts.
+ Accurately forecast projected sales revenue
+ Write value-driven customer proposals and create highly professional responses to RFI/Ps to maximise win-rates.
+ Communicate customer requirements internally, completing timely handovers of closed sales to the account management team
+ Collaborate with other internal departments (finance, operations, product, HR) where necessary to resolve other client-related matters.
+ Consistently use Salesforce CRM database to manage activity and results
+ Team Management
+ Sales experience to large enterprises is essential
+ Fluency in Chinese & English (written and verbal)
+ Strong leadership, supervisory and experience managing a team is highly desired
+ A passion for travel and the travel industry.
+ Proficient skills in Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce.com (or similar).
