Support the Store Manager in the coordination and leadership of the store team and related activities, ensuring compliance with assigned sales targets, customer satisfaction and image of the company
- Act as the maximum responsible in the absence of the Store Manager
- Give active support to the Store Manager in the following functions:
- BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
- Supervise the planning of the daily schedule of appointments, fittings and tasks to be performed ensuring the organization of activities in terms of human and material resources, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational success of the store.
- Store stock management and follow-up of the results of the inventories made, in order to achieve the minimization of reduction, as well as to expand or adjust orders according to the demands.
- Organize and supervise the after sales (fitting, delivery, iron and composure) of the different dresses ensuring success in programmed fittings and customer satisfaction.
- Constantly report to the Store Manager of all relevant events occurring in the store.
- Customer and image
- Collaborate with the client's advice by offering a professional treatment in the choice of the product and acting as ambassador of the brand
- Ensure a global store image following the company's internal policy
- TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Team organization
- Organize and supervise the store team through the monitoring of individual and group objectives established by the Store Manager, in order to guarantee a service oriented to excellence and adapted to the sales cycle of the Company.
- Manage and optimize the schedules of the team, adapting them to the business need.
- Inform and share with the team on a regular basis everything that affects the operation of the point of sale operation (products, prices, computer system, etc.) to ensure the correct development of the activity.
- Participate in processes to attract and select the best talent for the Company.
- Accompany and motivate the team during their experience in the Company. ensuring that they demonstrate the highest professional excellence.
- Provide support in the coordination of the different projects and development plans for the team, recognizing and enhancing their growth in the company.
- Foster an adequate working environment and manage in a professional and impartial manner problems and conflicts that may arise.
- Human Resources
- Retail Department, to know the strategy coming from central office and to offer feedback on the operation of the store.
- Department of Customer Service and Retail Support, for the management of the agenda, the study of products, incidents, consultations, etc.
