This is a independent sales role who will take responsibilty to maintain existing client and develop new client in auto T1 industry.
- responsible for opening doors to potential customers and bringing new profitable business into company china (according to the group strategy). focus is automotive
- grow business with existing customers while also opening business opportunities with other customer business units
- do active networking to get new contacts, understand the current trends & topics and to represent / brand company in those networks
- negotiate and conclude new customer contracts (preferable target: at long term), which contribute to realize a big part of the sales targets and long run plan
- provide a professional service to new contacts and create long-term relationships at high levels in purchasing groups in significant companies in order to achieve new and long-lasting contracts
- prepare a turnover forecast combined with strategic actions and concrete sales targets to achieve our strategic budgets. monitor the results
- define the local marketing strategy
- do the necessary branding of company in industrial fairs, specialized magazines, seminars, networking events etc.
- responsible for preparing offers to any (new) customer (monitored and supported by HQ)
- follow the evolution of new customers and find out all the factors that may affect the future success and business relation
- collect information on the market position from our main competitors > benchmark
- frequent visits to (potential) customers
- higher education, long or short.
- five to ten years of experience in sales & business development
- commercial awareness / good presentation

- negotiation, assertiveness
- Chinese, business fluent in English is a must
- pc knowledge: windows, microsoft package
- additional knowledge: thorough knowledge (technical) of our products and services, automotive experience, basic knowledge of injection molding would be an asset
