IT Assistant Director / IT head

Main Purpose of Job:

• Ensure a Safe, Reliable, Efficient IT environment (physical & virtual)
• Formulate an effective and successful IT strategy to enable the organization to meet its short- and long-term objectives
• Lead a team of IT professional in the planning, designing, programming, implementing, and providing ongoing support post-implementation to a wide range of IT applications
• Project Management
• IT Budget control & Compliance

Required Core Competency:

• Full scope of IT experiences on Infrastructure & Applications. Manage the entire infrastructure in physical & virtual
• Strong ERP/SAP/CRM/O2O project management
• High level of awareness of control and security. In the highly regulated environment, the candidate must have good discipline in risk and control to lead the team achieving high standard
• Strong decision and collaboration skills and ability to motivate team rapidly from concept to execution within agreed timeframes
• Hands-on approach in dealing with urgent issues and technical challenges
• Solution driven, out of box thinking and creative approach to complex problems/projects
• Strong presentation and communication skills – both verbal and written in Both Chinese and English

Experiences：

• Fashion or retail industry knowledge and background preferred
• Proved experience in building Technologies strategies ad roadmaps
• 5+ years in managing large IT projects (ERP/SAP/CRM/O2O) and IT infrastructure management
• Be capable of managing a team of 5+ staffs across multiple cities in China
• Well-rounded business knowledge across key business functions, understand front to back transaction flows and local China market practice
• Prior hands-on experience in IT field is required, such as Business Analyst, Developer, or Infrastructure specialist, to make effective executive decisions for the department
• Global project exposures but not essential
