FinOps Cloud Platform Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as a Technical Financial advisor of Zone Platform to develop a cost-effective solution with MSP to fulfill business requirement raised by entity or zone itself In Asia Pacific in accordance with Global Strategy and Guidance
• Defining the Cloud FinOps Culture/Roadmap/Virtual team with Global platform team and MSP
• Providing FinOps Best Practices/Recommendations on regular basis
• Drive and coach platform team & MSP to provide Excellent Delivery Service from FinOps Perspective
• You will be FinOps Practitioner within our platform service team working with our most important stakeholders in NA+SAPMENA ZONE. You will lead a virtual team of service strategic partner and consulting resources to advance the FinOps process with demand manager and to achieve/exceed delivery targets for related workloads in your assigned demands or initiatives
• You will be an Azure/Ali Cloud /GCP/AWS Financial/Commercial Expert to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, influence long-term FinOps strategic direction and act as a trusted advisor driving engagement at the senior manager level with technology decision makers
• You will help entities to evaluate their local FinOps Maturity, determine approaches to application/data migration/modernization and recommend FinOps solutions that meet their requirements and help to remove roadblocks to deployment, and drive stakeholder satisfaction
• 40% of your time will be spent leading FinOps Culture & Solution with stakeholders for their workloads including traditional Application transformation and digital application transformation
• You will engage our zone Cloud MSP solution teams on assessing proposed solution from FinOps perspective with a broad set of stakeholders in a geographical region& validating the solution with Global platform team to ensure full compliance on technology and security within financial budget
• 30% of your time will be spent on acting as a FinOps adviser to our Stakeholders include Demand Manager, Program/Project Manager, Operation Manager, Cloud Architects, Application agency from Architecture perspective and develop/enhance engagement approaches leveraging assets across Infrastructure teams and working with Zone Cloud MSP to engage stakeholders with clear Financial related technical roadmap while providing recommendation/ad-hoc training when required
• 30% of your time will be spent on influencing our stakeholder’s go-to- Cloud (greener & cost - effective) strategies by providing professionalism FinOps advice to our stakeholders/application manager/Infrastructure manager on current and future technical financial trendy

Key Requirements:

• Strong Cloud FinOps expertise with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar function covering at least
• Cloud Spending Management (Show back/Chargeback)
• FinOps Culture/Process Changer/Influencer/cheerleading
• FinOps Governance Management
• Internal /External Stakeholders Communication Management
• Bachelor's degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science while working in sizeable MNC would be advantage
• In this context is required:
• Proven track record in Cloud Financial/Spending Management including coordination of various teams like global platform team/Zone application teams/local Application/Infra team, Managed Service Providers and Cloud Service Providers to do qualitative & quantitative Assessment、recommendation、remediation on Cloud Spending Areas from the beginning of business demands to daily operation
• Broad Knowledge of Cloud Native technologies with financial factors to support the FinOps activities executed by CCoE (cloud Center of Excellent) hereafter
• Fundamental of Public Clouds (Azure/ AliCloud/ GCP/AWS)

• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin & English
