Our client is hiring a Team Leader (Web3) in Shenzhen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions to complex problems in large-scale infrastructure
- Create web applications in a distributed environment
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
- Work closely with overseas Tech Team
- Recruit, coach, and mentor junior developers; share knowledge and contribute tothe team's culture of excellence and opennes
Key Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience of hands-on full-stack software development
- Experience with front-end frameworks, including but not limited to React
- Strong command of one or more general purpose programming languages
- including but not limited to: JavaScript, Node.js
- Good motivation and interested in blockchain and cryptocurrency
- Good command of spoken and written English
