Data Product Manager

Our client is looking for a Data Product Manager in Shanghai, China.

Job Description:

• You will make a huge impact by designing products that will be used by global customers
• You will join a flat organization, get the resources you need and all the support you need to make your impact
• Understand our customers and their business scenario through researching and gather feedback from customers
• Identify and shape new ways of augmenting our data,stay ahead of trends to shape how we grow our database of brands and creators
• Be data driven and also user-focused in your approach to product development
• Fluent in English, communicate with our international offices in Europe, Asia, and the US

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs, current market trends and competitors offers to feed the product strategy
• Translate strategy into concrete plans and objectives over the short and medium-term
• Translate product roadmap into detailed requirements for mockups and specs production
• Collaborate closely with engineering,UI/UX, marketing, sales teams, and Customer
• Success on the development, QA, and release of features
• Complete ownership of the product backlog which includes:
• Defining epics/themes that align with the product roadmap
• User stories breakdown along with the required acceptance criteria
• Stack ranking product backlog items to provide a clear priority
• Define, track and monitor product success metrics, including but not limited to revenue, cost, margin, and market share
• Collect customer feedback as feedback loop to improve and iterate the product
• Stay on top of the market landscape and competitor offerings

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, data product or technology background
• Experience working in a SaaS model company
• Experience using both quantitative and qualitative data to understand business problems and inform product prioritization.
• Proven leadership skills, and the ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information
• Desire and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to internal and external
• Ability to multitask, balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience using agile/scrum methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written English are a must
