Description:
- The Salesforce Technical Analyst must be an analytical, problem solving, solution-oriented individual who will be a member of the Sales and Marketing IT team. The person will work cross-functionally, including with Sales, Sales Planning and Operations, SAP COE, Salesforce Architects, Enterprise Architects, Security, and external partners. The primary objective of supporting the user community, is driving adoption, managing on-going enhancements, operations and maintenance of internal applications built on Salesforce.com.
Key Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for on-going enhancements, operations and maintenance of internal application Salesforce.com/ FrenzWorks
- Configure and customize an evolving Salesforce.com Sales Cloud environment. Responsible for maintaining the functional areas of data management (Including integrations), Accounts and Contacts
- Support will initially start supporting the China market, but will expand to the Asia and SE Asia markets as the Salesforce.com capabilities expand
- Ensures proper security models are in place and maintained for data access
- Working with departments on change requests to ensure changes align with business processes and don’t introduce new issues
- Collaborate with Salesforce support group to investigate and implement solutions to identified issues
- Manage Salesforce system issues/bug fixes, and feature releases via rotation with other Application
- May act as an administrator to partner closely with the IT TPM resources to support process and systems
- Provide high level user support and work to drive adoption by users
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert of the process and application
- Capture new requirements, work with our support and development teams to prioritize and successfully deliver initiatives
- Identify pain points and provide solutions
- Provide ongoing training for users as well as updates and education on new features, benefits, reports, etc.
- Manage data security within applications to ensure audit, compliance and best practices are being executed
- Develop, manage and maintain Salesforce configurations
- Work with cross functional teams on Salesforce integration opportunities
- Provide ongoing training for Salesforce.com users. Provide updates and education on new features, benefits, reports etc.
- Daily administration and support of Salesforce.com including but not limited to managing users, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations
- Work with business areas which use Salesforce.com, and end-users to create and manage any complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers
- Able to guide IT functional teams and business sharing best practices for building processes and solutions
- Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
- Perform basic administration of Salesforce.com instance and manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
- As our data needs grow ensure data integrity by merging duplicate records, performing regular de-duping cleanup procedures, and managing auto-merge functionality
- Data imports, exports, applying data patches and analyzing/cleansing files from business
- Develop and maintain system documentation
- Drive adoption through communication and training (one on one, group, webinars)
- Compile and communicate adoption metrics monthly
Key Requirements:
- Language: Fluent in English, Mandarin and other languages preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or similar degree
- Certifications: Salesforce Administration (required) and Salesforce Advance Administration (nice to have)
- Years of experience: 2-3 years of working with Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud and Lightning Experience required)
- Level of experience: Experienced Salesforce Administrator
- Industry experience: CPG and Sales preferable but not required
- Project Management experience a plus
- Travel less than 10% (if any)
