Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, APAC

Main Purpose:

• As the APAC D365 Solution Architect, you will liaise with the Group and Regional D365 Teams, as well as the implementation Partners to develop, coordinate and manage the roll-out of the APAC Template solution

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full project cycle implementation within APAC, including quality assurance and testing of the solution (standard, customized, ISV integrations)
• Work directly with business partners at different levels and translate business requirements into effective solution based on APAC Template
• Lead gap / fit analysis between APAC Template and business requirements, identifying gaps per type and criticality while proposing alternative solutions (work around, customization, ISV)

Knowledge Required:

• 8+ years ERP implementation experience, mainly AX or D365 (other ERP products beneficial, i.e., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
• Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems
• Understanding of aspects of business management and strategic evaluation
• Proven experience and knowledge of T&L, Distribution, EDI Platforms

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree: Business or Technology related BA/BS
• Dynamics 365 Certifications
• X++ Code understanding is beneficial
• Software development and/or PM methodology (PMI, ITIL, Prince2)
• Fluent English, Chinese/Japanese additional languages would be an asset
