Key Responsibilities:
- Work under IT organization as dedicated resource for application management. Manage local and global application & be responsible for cooperation application IT supporting, with in-depth understanding of business requirements. Coordinate application projects to successfully deliver IT solution
- Manage the IT business application team to define the local IT strategy and IT policy for APAC, with compliance to brand global IT policy
- Setup and keep growing team’s supporting capability
- Adapt to change and continuously improve the overall system platform through the using of new scientific and technological forces which should be align with global IT direction
- Maintain global applications to ensure they’re running well in APAC
- Be the key contact person for related business functions to make sure the support from IT is workable and efficient
- Take lead of IT related application projects and responsible for the result
- Maintain and enhance existing system to achieve the business strategic and objective
- Set priorities, record, and control Capital/Operation budget of application part
- Manage and evaluate application vendors
- Work closely with global IT team to deploy new applications in APAC
- Support any indirect/direct audit assessment project on IT application part
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Good interpersonal skills and customer oriented
- Working experience with business functions a plus (Retail, Finance, Merchandising, Logistics)
- Knowledge of major application software (SAP, Oracle, Xstore application, etc.)
- Knowledge of new technologies
- Knowledge of information systems, architecture, system integration and supports
- IT project management skill
- Action oriented and building effective teams
- 35-45 around years old with minimum 5-10 years’ experience in IT/IS and in a multinational company, at least 5 years IT Management experience
